When you submit your times, you will be entered into a national draw for one of two copies of Dean Dwyer's (of Being Primal) new book, Make Shift Happen, and one of three $50 travel vouchers from Flight Centre.



You'll also be entered into draws for local swag! For example:

Toronto:

• a $50 Gift Certificate to Rowe Farms
• An hour of massage therapy at Transense
• and who knows what else we'll rustle up by then? 

Nova Scotia:

• an hour of massage therapy with Jackie Gillies at Alderney Chiropractic
